Job Objective:

  • The Head SME Sales is directly responsible for directing the SME Sales Team to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • The role holder will spearhead business sales managers to success through comprehensive sales strategy implementation.

Key Deliverables and Expected Results:

Sales Strategy:

  • Drive increased Shareholder return by aligning SME Sales Processes with business scorecard elements.
  • Identify viable business opportunities through strategic research and analysis.
  • Develop and implement effective account management and sales campaigns.

Sales Revenue Generation:

  • Improve Group’s Net Shareholders Score.
  • Develop sales pipeline, co-sell with channel partners, and achieve quarterly and annual quotas.

Market Expansion:

  • Increase VDT market share through new account acquisition and maintenance.
  • Utilize alliance networks for new accounts and markets.
  • Execute strategies for SME business growth across the nation.

Business Relationship Management:

  • Champion a customer-centric culture within the team for revenue transformation.
  • Drive successful delivery of Group transformation initiatives focusing on Customer centricity.

Sales Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze market trends.
  • Provide sales performance data for management decision-making.
  • Track sales performance data for regular management reports.

People Management:

  • Provide leadership for SME team to deliver on business targets.
  • Coach and mentor the team, leveraging career development programs.
  • Identify, evaluate, and track development needs and performance of SME staff.

Knowledge, Skills, and Behavior Required:

  • First degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant discipline.
  • Professional certification in CIM, etc.
  • Essential knowledge of B2B and retail.
  • Minimum 8 years in Sales Management, including 4 years in the relevant sector.
  • Extensive enterprise experience.
  • Sales force management and development of sales strategies.
  • Strong budget and management skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiating, initiative, and leadership skills.
  • Result-oriented, tactful, and self-motivated.
  • Enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Continuous commitment to professional development in a dynamic digital landscape.
