The Roaming Manager: PTA Region
Job Description
Manage the back of house and deal with all stock movement including but not limited to receiving and dispatching of stock in the store, and Identifying and coordinating stock returns to various parties:
- Manage, control and administer all functions in the store related to the back of house and deal with all stock movement including receiving and dispatching of stock in the store in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Oversee, monitor and control back door procedures including all documentation.
- Administration and control of all supplier returns, repairs and damage stock write offs.
- Daily submission of all documentation to the Admin Manager, to thereafter be scanned and emailed to head office.
- Adherences to daily housekeeping in receiving and storage areas.
- Protect Company’s assets in area of responsibility
- Assisting the Store Manager with duties.
- Implement, monitor and ensure all standard operating procedures are adhered to in all areas of the store.

Entry Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Own reliable transport and willing to work shifts
- Formal educational training will be advantageous
Experience:
- Minimum 3years, preferably on a managerial role in retail industry
