Minimum Requirements
Matric.
Ability to comprehend technical information.
Minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
Strong administrative and organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work any of the fixed shift periods in line with business requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
Take ownership and responsibility of customer queries ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering assistance and support.
Meet quality standards in order to contribute to the overall customer satisfaction.
High motivation with ability to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to work under pressure and be self-motivated.
Ability to adapt to change.
Ability to plan, organise and prioritise.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Contribute to success of team to achieve targets and Service Level Agreements.
Understand and adhere to company policy and procedure.
