Our client is a luxury Gift and Décor company with its office located in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.
This company helps HNIs, Corporate, and Governments to deliver a first-rate gifting company in Nigeria.
The company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager who would be responsible for handling the day-to-day activities and inventory of its Lagos showroom. S/he will ensure the smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a luxury retail venture with good exposure and excellent communication skills. S/he must be capable of engaging with the business elite community and HNIs.
Requirements
First degree from a recognized academic institution.
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager or a luxury retail enterprise
Must possess a very good knowledge and understanding of the role and client business
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Keen attention to detail.
Must be analytical and comfortable reviewing data.
Proficiency in Excel required
Must be motivated, organized, and determined.
