ISV Business Development Manager
Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic ISV Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving growth through strategic partnerships with ISVs across Africa. The candidate will be responsible for executing strategies and fostering strong relationships with ISV partners. This role requires a deep understanding of software industry dynamics, sales acumen, and a proven track record of successful partner engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- Certifications or qualifications relevant to the software industry. (Advantage)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partner management, or related roles within the software industry
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnership agreements with ISVs or technology vendors.
- Deep understanding of software solutions, cloud services, and technology platforms.
- Strong business acumen demonstrated by the ability to conceptualize, develop, and execute commercial strategies attuned to the African market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decision-making and strategy development.
- Result-oriented with a focus on achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
