Location: Mowe, Ogun State 
Remuneration: 70K Net
Work Mode: Shift

Responsibility 

Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Requirements 

BSc/HND in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year working experience as operation officer in a reputable firm
Excellent organization skills
Ability to ensure that all operational requirement in the plant is catered for
