Amazing clip showcases just how imbalanced Goku would be if he were ever added to Super Smash Bros.

Masahiro Sakurai has said multiple times now that he doesn’t believe that Dragon Ball’s Goku would ever be playable within the Super Smash Bros. series. Though he’s gone back on certain other reservations such as the idea of Ridley being too big to be playable, this feels like a real line in the sand considering that Goku originates from manga and anime rather than video games.

Of course, one would have to imagine that actually implementing Goku into Super Smash Bros. would prove to be quite challenging considering all the techniques, fighting prowess, and transformations that he’d have to have access to. Needless to say, it sounds like representing Goku accurately could be an imbalanced mess in this sort of environment.

Regardless, StylesX2 recently released an awesome clip that demonstrates what Goku could be like in Super Smash Bros. As expected, Goku would instantly shake the balance of a game like Super Smash Bros. Ultimate with his entry.

Over the 31 second clip, Goku is seen comboing Little Mac with no chance of escape. During the combo, Goku goes from his Base Form, to Super Saiyan, to Super Saiyan Blue, before ending things off with Ultra Instinct Sign.

At the end of the sequence, Goku is able to completely immobilize Little Mac with a Solar Flare. This gives Ultra Instinct Sign Goku enough time to fully prepare his iconic Kamehameha Wave technique, which was probably overkill considering everything else that happened in the clip.
