Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled  MHSEQ Engineer who possesses a strong background in quality assurance, safety, and environmental management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the oil and gas and construction industries, demonstrating a proven track record of ensuring compliance with quality standards and implementing robust safety measures.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs and processes.
Conduct thorough inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality-related issues.
Oversee safety and environmental initiatives to create a secure and sustainable work environment.
Implement safety protocols and measures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Stay abreast of environmental regulations and ensure company adherence.
Lead ISO audits for safety and environmental management systems.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
Utilize extensive knowledge of the oil and gas and construction industries to enhance QA/QC processes.
Provide technical expertise in identifying and mitigating risks associated with project execution.
Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality measures into all phases of the project life cycle.
Conduct training sessions to enhance the understanding of QA/QC, safety, and environmental policies.
Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the MHSEQ framework.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in Senior QA/QC Engineer in the oil and gas and construction sectors.
Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to MHSEQ in the energy industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Experience in developing and implementing MHSEQ management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001.
Knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment techniques.
Experience in incident investigation and reporting, including root cause analysis and corrective action development.
Ability to analyze and interpret data and develop reports and presentations for management.
Certification in relevant MHSEQ management
