Controversial street-hop singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has defeated internet personality and rapper, Darlington Okoye, aka Speed Darlington, in a celebrity boxing match tagged “Chaos in the Ring”.
The highly anticipated boxing, held on Saturday morning at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, ended in a technical knockout (TKO) in Portable’s favour.
From the opening bell, Portable unleashed wild punches which overwhelmed Speed Darlington.
Darlington, who had talked tough in the lead-up to the match, struggled to keep up and appeared drained by the end of the first round.
Darlington was unable to continue into the second round, hence he was declared unfit by the referee who announced Portable the winner.
Darlington was later seen leaving the ring with an injured wrist and shoulder.
The match drew a large crowd of celebrities, influencers, and fans.
This is Portable’s second after previously defeating actor and fellow entertainer, Charles Okocha, in December 2023 in a similar match.
