Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and other reports.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Maintain and balance general ledger accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Process accounts payable and receivable.
- Support audits and tax preparations.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
