Mrs. Shirley Jay Armstrong was born Sept. 1, 1942, in Andalusia. She passed away peacefully on April 2, 2025.
Funeral services for Mrs. Armstrong will be held April 5, 2025, 11 a.m., at Foreman Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
She is survived by her children, Beverly (Jim) Yant, Andy (Beverly) Armstrong, and Steve Armstrong; sisters, Katy Cheshire and Doris Bowen; grandchildren, Audra Dean, Andrew (Colleen) Armstrong, Robby (Mary) Yant, Alli (Alex) Ward; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to Covington County Sav-A-Life.
May she rest peacefully with her savior and have a heavenly reuniting with her loved ones whom she missed deeply. She will be greatly missed.
