Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual with experience managing teams in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, or wellness environment. The ideal candidate is client-focused, results-driven, and confident in handling clinic operations, team supervision, performance tracking, and collaborating with marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service excellence
- Supervise team members including receptionists, nurses, aestheticians, and content creators
- Ensure exceptional client experience from booking to post-treatment follow-up
- Track daily bookings, revenue performance, and team productivity
- Approve restocking and manage inventory alongside the storekeeper
- Handle staff scheduling, training, and adherence to clinic protocols
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance reviews
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams on promotions and campaigns
Qualifications
- 2–3 years’ experience in a clinic, spa, or customer service management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent client service and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using booking software, WhatsApp Business, and Microsoft Excel
- Marketing or content creation background is a plus
- Prior experience in an aesthetic, wellness, or medical environment is preferred
