Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Officer with a proven track record of closing complex IT solutions sales deals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Solution Selling & Presentation:
- Understand clients’ business challenges and IT requirements, and translate them into compelling IT solutions proposals.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and differentiate our offerings.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support.
- Foster long-term relationships to drive repeat business and expansion opportunities.
Deal Closure & Contract Negotiation:
- Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closure.
- Develop and negotiate pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., legal, finance, technical) to ensure successful deal execution.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market data to identify new opportunities and potential threats.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.
Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop effective sales strategies and solutions.
- Share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 2 – 4 years of experience.
