We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide financial insights to support the company's business decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper financial record-keeping.
Manage tax filings, payroll processing, and compliance with financial regulations.
Assist in budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial forecasting.
Conduct audits and ensure internal financial controls are in place.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations.
Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
Perform other duties asigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 5 – 7 years work experience.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAN) is a plus.
Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.
