Founded by The Late Lady Kate Osanakpo (a London-trained cosmetologist) with the support of her husband, Sir Louis Osanakpo, (a London-trained accountant.), we became known as Kates Beauty Products. Managing of WareHouse, receptions and supplies.
Responsibilities.
Ensure Raw materials/Finished goods are received, stored in good condition to the WH.
Determine appropriate storage locations and ensure proper arrangements for stacking.
Raise Nakpo material received voucher (MRV) and issue the original copy to the Account department.
Posting of receptions and issued on SAGE.
Issuing of raw materials to production in line with first in first out and first expire first out (FEFO).
Updating of Stock Cards. · Monitor stock pickers and labourers to avoid stock loss through pilfering and supplies.
Weekly Nakpo production report to both Nakpo and production manager.
Supply of goods to customers and transfers to other locations.
Basic Skills
Computer Literate.
ERP knowledge
Analytical Skills.
Minimum Qualification
BSc/HND in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship or any related field.
