Analyst: Enterprise Risk Management (12 months Fixed Term Contract)
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Information Technology, Audit, Risk or equivalent relevant qualification.
- 2 – 4 years relevant Risk/IT experience
- Financial Markets certificates will be an added advantage
- IT industry certificates
Duties:
- Conduct day-to-day enterprise risk and operational risk activities in terms of the ERMF,
- ORMF and related frameworks, policies and procedures.
- Assist the ERM/ORM Department with reporting to various governance structures.
- Assist the ERM/ORM Department with the automation of operational risk and enterprise risk management processes.
- Assist with the creation, revision, design and redesign of templates for automation of processes.
- Assist with the creation, revision and update of user stories for automation of processes.
- Assist with data capturing for automation of processes.
- Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) for automation of processes.

Competencies and skills:
- Excel skills (Advanced).
- Operational risk management/Enterprise risk management experience (Intermediate).
- Financial Industry knowledge and experience (Intermediate).
- Information Systems knowledge (Intermediate).
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
