What You’ll Be Doing:

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Ensure regular face-to-face and virtual meetings are conducted with clients.
Account Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and enhance client satisfaction.
Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts while maximizing revenue from current services and cross-sell opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver value to clients and optimal service delivery.
Performance Monitoring: Track account performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and ensure favorable terms while aligning with company objectives.
Market Analyses: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform account strategies.
Target Achievement: Achieve individual sales targets on new business, retention sales and ICT sales.
Reporting: Provide accurate forecasting on weekly and monthly sales pipelines and ad hoc reporting.
Processes and Procedures: Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and all relevant interactions are captured on the appropriate systems in the approved manner

What We’re Looking For:

Matric (A Diploma or Degree is a bonus!)
Proven experience as a Account Manager or similar role in the Telecommunications industry.
Minimum 2 years experience in marketing mobile voice, data solutions, and ICT to businesses.
A track record of smashing B2B sales targets.
Stellar communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decision-making.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
