Watch the Throne is a top-level Super Smash Bros. Ultimate invitational taking place in San Jose, California, U.S.A.
The players competing in this event are FaZe|Sparg0, ZETA|Acola, LG|MkLeo, Solary|Glutonny, LG|Tweek, LG|Sonix, Fennel|Miya, SBI|KEN, Moist|Light, KC|Kurama, Liquid|Dabuz, 26R|ApolloKage, BMS|Bloom4Eva, Luis, WebbJP and GRD|Tarik.
Several of the year’s biggest events have served as qualifiers for this special invitational which boasts a prize pool of over $50,000.
The format is similar to the much-beloved Summit format with round robin groups leading to a gauntlet stage and then a final bracket.
There will also be side brackets for the upcoming Rivals of Aether sequel Rivals 2 as well as the recently released Nickelodeon All-Star Battle 2.
Streaming is being done at VG Boot Camp and Guildhouse.
