Job Summary
The Partnership Associate will help drive the company’s strategic partnerships across industries. The role involves identifying and establishing partnerships that align with our cross-border infrastructure goals and managing relationships with external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and develop partnerships with fintech companies, banks, and e-commerce platforms.
Manage partner relationships, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance, product, and marketing, to execute partnership initiatives.
Track partnership performance metrics and report on results.
Stay informed of industry trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in partnership development or business development.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.
