Popular Nollywood actress, Mercy Aigbe, has lost her Lagos home to a fire outbreak.

The actress revealed the incident on her Instagram page on Wednesday night.

In a video shared on her page, Aigbe expressed gratitude that no lives were lost.

“Devastated! Thank God no life was lost! It is well,” she captioned the post.

However, the actress did not reveal the cause of the fire or disclose further details about the incident.

Following her post, fans and industry colleagues of the actress sympathised with her.

Taking to the comment section, actress Iyabo Ojo wrote, “O my goodness, so sorry, this is sad.”

Reality TV star, Bisola, wrote, “So so so so sorry about this. God will multiply this loss 1000 fold in Jesus name. Amen.”

Regina Daniels commented, “Ooh no! So sorry mama.. God will replenish in a thousand folds.”
