This includes the following and other duties as may be assigned:
Selling of box office tickets and concession items
Achieve 100% sales in concession and box office.
Responding to queries, reservations, and sales
Monitor and Maintain Cash Flow, thereby ensuring that there are no shortages.
Participating in meetings as requested by the Business Manager/Assistant Business Manager.
Attend and participate in training sessions as required by the Business Manager and HR
Ensure the timely communication of stock level to the Team Supervisor/Team Lead to avoid under stocking and over stocking.
Maintain zero loss of all items and ensure proper stock reconciliation.
Provide update on request filled out and ensure 100% compliance and strict adherence to following approved SOPs.
Show professional behavior in all dealings, excellent job ownership, brand loyalty and commitment to assigned tasks.
Achieve 95% resolution of customer complaints within 48 hours – Review weekly by checklist method.
Punctuality – timeliness to work on daily basis.
To plan, perform and manage efficiently all operational tasks within the cinema.
