Head of Operations
- On behalf of our client, an Energy company, we are recruiting to fill the role of Head of Operations.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will play a key role in driving operational excellence and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to support the company’s goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including process improvement, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operations with business requirements and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and identify and mitigate operational risks.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures.
- Manage and optimize budgets and resources to achieve cost efficiency and operational targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in operations management.
- Prior experience within the Energy industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operations teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of operational best practices and process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
