A 74-year-old man has been arraigned by Abia State magistrate court for allegedly involving in a sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old boy in the Umukam Okaiuga Nkwoegwu Autonomous Community in Ohuhu, Umuahia North Local Government Area of Abia State.
The old man known as Luck however ran out on Ogbuehi on Thursday, 26 day of May 2016 when the youths of Okaiuga community caught him in the act forcefully having carnal knowledge of 14-year-old JSS2 pupil, Chukwuebuka Uchendu.
The community promptly handed Ogbuehi and his victim to the police at the divisional police station at Afugiri, who then took over the investigation and thereafter arraigned the suspect before the Chief Magistrate Court, Afugiri.
