3 supers in one combo? The sequences you can do against Ed in Street Fighter 6 are insane

3 supers in one combo? The sequences you can do against Ed in Street Fighter 6 are insane

If you don’t know who Desk is then we’re excited to introduce you to the premier combo creator of the fighting game community today. With the release of Ed into Street Fighter 6, Desk has been given one of the most coveted tools in the world of imaginative combos: the slow moving, multi-hitting, non-dissipating fireball.

Desk’s latest video is notably titled “SF6 finally has ‘Combo Video Combos,'” and though they feature Ed, he tends to be the one on the receiving end of the punishment… mostly.

Ed’s Super 2 very much resembles his V-Trigger 1 from his Street Fighter 5 debut, which sees him toss out the exceptionally beefy, aforementioned projectile. The reason this is so good for combos is due to the fact that it can interrupt recovery animations and allow certain attacks to chain together where they otherwise never could.

Controlling the opposing character, Desk has Ed toss out his Super 2 as he crosses past him. Now as Desk proceeds to engage in various combo routes and times it so that the Super projectile hits just after various high-recovery attacks land, and thus he’s able to keep some crazy sequences going.

One series we were particularly impressed by sees Ken rifle off not one, not two, but three level one Supers of his own all in the same combo. Now with Ken hitting that hard and with that much swagger, you’d think you’d get an idea of how that whole bit ends, but you’re probably wrong.
