2face Idibia who recently changed his name to 2baba putting the effects on all his Social media, today announced that he’s going to be honoured with an award at Igbinedion University, Okada on the 10th of May, 2016.
Isn’t it cool? As the popular musician usually sings ‘just because to say I no finished school, some people them take me for a fool’.
Yes, he might not be a scholar, but the Benue State born has grown into the world prolific singer and winning series of awards. And, this time, he’s going to receive an academic award.
Honorary awards by higher institutions are given to people based on their contributions to either the institution or the society at large. And with no doubt, 2face has contributed enough to the society, to Nigerians through his mouth parted songs and also through his orphanage home and many others.
Congratulations to him, he surely deserve that award. Dr 2baba. 😀
