Billionaire Elon Musk recently posted a series of scathing remarks on social media against President Joe Biden’s open border policies, warning that the Biden administration has intentionally allowed unprecedented numbers of illegal immigrants to enter the United States so Democrats can have a “permanent majority,” leading to a “one-party state.”
The X owner and Tesla CEO has repeatedly criticized Biden throughout his presidency for allowing illegal immigrants to enter the United States in unprecedented numbers. In a recent post on X, Musk shared an Associated Press article from 2021 titled “Biden to prioritize legal status for millions of immigrants.” The Associated Press story claimed Biden wanted to make the legalization of roughly 11 illegal immigrants a priority during his administration.
“Biden’s strategy is very simple,” Musk wrote alongside the article. “1. Get as many illegals in the country as possible. 2. Legalize them to create a permanent majority – a one-party state. That is why they are encouraging so much illegal immigration. Simple, yet effective.”
Musk, who is a legal immigrant from South Africa, also criticized the Biden administration for making it difficult for illegal immigrants, especially violent criminals, to be deported out of the United States.
The billionaire posted that Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas had issued written guidance indicating that “illegal presence alone is not grounds for deportation” and that convictions, association with gangs, and criminal charges are also “not enough for deportation.”

“You basically have to be a convicted axe murderer to be deported!” Musk added.
Sharing the same Associated Press story from 2021, Musk posted another statement on social media, claiming that the reason there are “so few deportations” of illegal immigrants in the United States is that “every deportation is a lost vote.”
Musk concluded, “As happened this week, you can literally assault police officers in broad daylight in New York, be released with no bail, give everyone the finger and *still* not be deported!! Outrageous.”
