Cross River Youths for Ayade and Atiku, CRYFAA a PDP support group for the forthcoming 2019 general elections at the outset of the new year secured the commitment of youths, particularly eligible voters in Obudu I State Constituency NEGROIDHAVEN has confirmed. This commitment is in view of the presidential and governorship electoral victory of PDP presidential and gubernatorial candidates Atiku Abubakar and Ben Ayade respectively in the state.
This commitment was elicited January when the CEO of CRYFAA who incidentally doubles as the Special Adviser Technical to the Executive Governor of the State, Arc Eric Akpo played host to these mammoth numbers of youths in the constituency while celebrating the new year with them.
According to the Director of Publicity of CRYFAA, Ms Josephine Effanga, the CEO charged the youths on love, unity and peace as he tasked them to shun cultism, gansterism, and the like.
She said that he, ‘Advised the youths in Obudu home and abroad to love themselves and ensure peace across the LGA. He warned the youths to refrain from killing themselves as nothing pays in practicing cultism. He further sought the support of everyone in delivering our digital governor for the second term.’
On his part, the PDP chapter chairman for Obudu, Mr Denis Isomkwo, in his comment to the audience said the youths should ensure the incumbent governor, Prof Ben Ayade retains his seat as the next Cross River State Governor on the forthcoming general elections.
The youth leader of Obudu LGA Mr Agba Benedict Onim while appreciating CRYFAA assured Arc Akpo of 100% commitment in the fourth coming governorship election. He asked in the State that Arc Akpo to count on him.
The youths were delighted as they confessed they had never had it so good with older generations of persons in government identifying with them to that level. They all made a commitment to ensure they obtain their PVCs and ensure Ayade continues as governor till 2023 and also to ensure Atiku is returned as the president come 2019.
The youths were treated up assorted food and drinks with parting gifts of bags of rice, bags of salts.

In attendance were Mr and Ms Northfest, PDP Ward Chairmen and youth leaders and their various EXCOs.
