Teenage boys of age between 13-18 years of age were paraded last week in Okuku, Yala Local Government Area of Cross River State for stealing two pregnant she goats.
According to reports, the boys, one named Canter were caught in possession of two pregnant she goats at Imaje road in Okuku, Yala before the Yala New Yam Festival.
The accused boys were stripped naked, beaten, alongside with the goats being tied around their necks as they were paraded round the community.
At the time of filing this report, the duo were handed over to the Nigerian Police, Okuku, Yala division and are still in the custody. Meanwhile, the pregnant goats were returned to the owner.
