Born Kolade Afeez Siyanbola Oladigbolu, on August 10, 1985, in Oyo State, South-Western Nigeria, to Prince Azeez Siyanbola Kolade Oladigbolu (son of Alaafin Abubakar Oladigbolu 1st) and Alhaja Sidiqot Ejide, Oladigbolu is a businessman, Nigerian Real Estate magnate and a political observer. He is the biological grandson of the 2nd longest-serving Alaafin of Oyo, Alaafin Abubakar Siyanbola Oladigbolu 1st.
Prince Kolade Oladigbolu attended St. Mary RCM Primary School, Asogo, Oyo and Anglican Methodist High School, Oyo, where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate.
He later attended the Federal College of Fisheries and Marine Technology, Victoria Island, Lagos, before heading to the Regional Maritime University in Accra, Ghana. He obtained his Senior School Certificate and Degree from both institutions, respectively.
Prince Oladigbolu has many businesses but gained wide recognition in the real estate industry where he currently sits as the Chairman and Board of Directors of 8 companies. One of his Real Estate companies, Royal Colony Estate has been named one of the fastest-growing enterprises in Nigeria with its Southern Point Luxury Homes, the most sought out for.
He is happily married to Bukola Lawal (Mrs). They both have two children; Islamiyah Siyanbola Oladigbolu and Lateef Ademola Adetokunbo Oladigbolu.
