Fina Trust Microfinance Bank is seeking Loan Officers for a full-time on-site position in Lagos.
Successful candidates will be responsible for screening loan applications, assessing client creditworthiness and ensuring repayment terms are met on time.
They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and achieving target goals as set out by the Bank.
Bachelor's degree/HND Degree
Experience in Microfinance preferred
Prior experience working in a financial institution, microfinance bank or credit union is preferred
Familiarity with loan assessment, processing and risk management practices
Familiarity with computer programs such as Microsoft Excel and loan tracking software
Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team, and able to manage a high-volume of ongoing tasks
